ProveMines provides operational mining data sourced from publicly available company reports. The Service includes data visualization tools, company profiles, and commodity tracking for informational and research purposes.

3. Not Investment Advice

The data and information provided through ProveMines is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the content as such. ProveMines does not recommend that any securities be bought, sold, or held by you. Do your own due diligence and consult your financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

4. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy and link every data point to its source document, we make no guarantee that the data is error-free. Mining companies may restate figures, change reporting methodologies, or correct previously published data. Users should independently verify data before making decisions based on it. We provide proof links to source documents so users can perform their own verification.

5. Intellectual Property

The ProveMines dataset, including the structured collection, normalization, and organization of mining operational data, is protected by copyright. Individual data points are sourced from public company filings, but the compiled and normalized dataset, along with the software, design, and methodology, are the intellectual property of ProveMines.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative datasets from the ProveMines dataset without prior written permission.

6. User Accounts

You may be required to provide an email address to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: scrape or systematically download data from the Service; use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage; attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
